The village of Waterville with the patronage of Josephine Chaplin will hold their annual Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival on 24th – 27th 2017. The Festival is to honour the life and work of the master comedian and film-maker, whose legacy remains both relevant and influential in comedy today. It is hoped to make this Film Festival an international event. Event programme includes Film Festival Competition, Funny Fish Photo, Pub Quiz, Fossetts Circus, Childrens Golf Lessons, Cill Rialaig Arts Centre, Shortlisted Films.
